• Root canal therapy: If your tooth’s pulp is damaged or infected, a root canal removes the affected tissues to prevent further damage. A root canal provides immediate pain relief and saves your tooth from extraction.
• Endodontic retreatments: Sometimes, the initial root canal treatment may fail. Other times, a new infection may develop after your endodontic treatment. Dr. Sadek performs root canal retreatment to give your tooth a new lease of life. 
• Apicoectomy: Standard root canals are excellent, but sometimes they aren’t enough to remove the deep-set infection. An apicoectomy removes the tooth’s root tip to resolve persistent infections.

There’s no substitute for natural teeth, so preserving them is our top priority. We only recommend tooth extractions when all other options to save your tooth have been exhausted.
